Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ForgeFlex, a fitness tracking and progressive-overload mobile application offered by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“ForgeFlex”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By installing, accessing, or using ForgeFlex, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use ForgeFlex. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it accurate.

2. Subscription tiers

2.1 Free tier

ForgeFlex is free to install and use. The Free tier includes:

• Workout logging with full session and set tracking
• The Foundations 12-week program (no Premium required)
• Basic recovery check-ins
• Basic achievement tracking
• Local-first data storage with cloud sync

2.2 Premium tier

Premium subscriptions unlock the full app, including:

• Four additional multi-week programs (Iron & Mobility, The Forge, Reset & Restore, Flex Year)
• The full mobility flow library
• Recovery-conscious programming adjustments
• Personal record tracking and celebration overlays
• Detailed analytics and progressive overload recommendations

2.3 Subscription terms

Premium subscriptions are offered in three plans:

• Monthly — $11.99 / month, auto-renews monthly until cancelled
• Annual — $59.99 / year, auto-renews annually until cancelled. Includes 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime Founder — $179.99 one-time payment, limited to the first 1,000 lifetime purchases. Grants Premium access for the lifetime of the ForgeFlex app. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.

2.4 Auto-renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current price (which may differ from the price at signup) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings — not through the ForgeFlex app, since payments are managed by the App Store / Play Store.

2.5 Free trial

New subscribers to Monthly or Annual plans receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the regular subscription price.

2.6 Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are governed by Apple’s refund policy. Refunds for Play Store purchases are governed by Google’s refund policy. ForgeFlex cannot process refunds directly. The Lifetime Founder tier is non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple/Google’s refund policies.

2.7 Lifetime tier conditions

The Lifetime Founder tier grants Premium access for the operational lifetime of the ForgeFlex application. If ForgeFlex is discontinued, sold, or materially changed such that the app no longer operates, the Lifetime tier does not entitle you to continued access, refund (beyond the App Store / Play Store policy windows), or compensation. The Lifetime tier is limited to the first 1,000 paying customers worldwide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ForgeFlex for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from ForgeFlex
• Resell, rent, or otherwise commercialize your account
• Misrepresent your identity or use someone else's account

4. Your content

You own the workout, mobility, recovery, and personal data you enter into ForgeFlex. You grant ForgeFlex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty- free license to use this data solely to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not sell it to third parties.

5. Our content

The ForgeFlex app — including its design, code, written copy, exercise library, program structure, badge designs, and trademarks — is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.

6. Fitness disclaimer

ForgeFlex is not medical advice. The program recommendations, exercise prescriptions, mobility flows, and recovery suggestions in ForgeFlex are general fitness guidance, not a substitute for medical or physical therapy advice.

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program — especially if you have a history of cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or other medical conditions, if you are pregnant, or if you are returning to exercise after injury, illness, or extended inactivity.

ForgeFlex describes its mobility and recovery programming as “inflammation-conscious” — this refers to programming choices intended to avoid excess training-induced stress, not a medical or anti-inflammatory claim. ForgeFlex does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You exercise at your own risk. ForgeFlex is not liable for injuries sustained while following its programs.

7. Termination

You may stop using ForgeFlex and delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your Premium subscription will be cancelled (with no refund beyond Apple / Google’s policies), and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ForgeFlex is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeFlex and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of ForgeFlex shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of ForgeFlex after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
